Ingredients: pearl barley (WHEAT), red lentils, green lentils, yellow split peas

How to use: rinse before use. 100g to 500ml water – we recommend adding stock into the water, too! Should take 20 mins on medium heat; add tinned tomatoes / veg etc for more flavour, too!
