Come and chat all things menopause! Many women feel isolated and alone during peri/menopause. Our monthly Meet the Foggers is the antidote to that. We meet upstairs in the wonderful Lemon & Jinja cafe. Some months we have guest speakers, some months we just chat together over a coffee or tea, some months we might hear someones story. We always have fun and you will always receive the warmest of welcomes.
Whether you’re in peri/menopause, preparing for peri/menopause, living with someone going through peri/menopause. You’re very welcome.
