Description
These dried apricots retain their darker, more natural brown colour, as they have not been treated with sulphur dioxide.
If you soak dried apricots they will become plump and can be used to make moist cakes and fruit loaves. They can also be snacked on straight from the bag or added to trail mix and topping breakfast bowls. They also make a great sweet addition into savoury dishes.
They are high in iron and rich in fibre.
Does not contain sulphur dioxide.
