We have had our eyes on these for a while now! We have been tranfixed by all the social media videos of people using these and we love ours! They help aid lymphatic drainage and help reduce bloating & puffiness caused by fluid under the skin. UpCircle recommend using it alongside their facial serum (as an oil) for best results. It’s made from stainless steel.
It helps to stimulate circulation, produce collagen and brightens your complexion. It will also aid in decreasing inflammation and tightness, softening fine lines and reducing the appearance of dark circles. Also (!) it will help strengthen facial muscles.
So how does it work? Lightly sweep the gua sha from your chin to jawline. Use gentle pressure and even strokes – move towards the ears and then down the neck. Repeat. There are some great videos out there and Sophie will release one soon, too!
