Description

A member of the carrot family, Middle Eastern in origin, the soft feathery leaves are sometimes known as Greek or Chinese Parsley. They have a distinctive aroma and a fresh, strong taste. Use in salads; savoury or ‘Oriental’ dishes or sprinkled as a garnish over soups and starters.
