Directions 

For use on full body. For optimum moisturisation apply after a bath or shower. Alternatively, apply a grape sized amount to the soles of your feet before bed, the pores here are larger allowing the magnesium to enter your bloodstream faster. Magnesium is said to aid sleep, restless legs and cramps.
