This event will be run upstairs unless stated otherwise. Each event will be adult and children clothing unless stated otherwise.
Timings: 12-3
*July 21st date will include delicious food from special guest – Tinkers Granddaughter!*
We will accept donations up to one week before the event runs, if you are unable to bring them on the day. You do not need to bring clothes, but this is encouraged to create a fuller event.
Whilst you’re buying a ticket, have you thought about buying one to ‘pay it forward’? Any tickets bought through the pay it forward tab will be passed over to the Foodbank to distribute amongst their users.
Bringing clothes for swapping is not required, but is encouraged.
How does it work? Buy your ticket prior to the event, or on the day. If you buy it beforehand, please come with your ticket on show. To buy a ticket on the day, please head to the till downstairs and purchase it with a member of staff. If you have bought / are buying, please head to the till to get your stamp to enter the event.
‘Do I need to drop clothes off?’ No! In order to make this event more accessible you do not need to donate to participate.
‘How do I drop off clothes before the event?’ We will accept donations during the week before the event. You can bring them with you for the event.
‘What do you accept?’ All clothes excluding swimwear and underwear. All sizes are accepted!
‘What are you going to do with the excess clothes?’ Donate them to local charity shops and organisations in need of certain clothes.
‘When is it?’ 12pm-3pm
‘Do I have to buy a ticket in advance?’ You do not! We encourage buying beforehand to help us with planning, but not essential.
‘Will there be food and drink available?’ Yes! The event will be running alongside our café and shop, so of course!
Cancellation policy for events
We hope you enjoy your time with us! If you do wish to cancel with us, please read our cancellation policy. We politely request you inform us as soon as you can, if you are unable to attend. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may call us at 07375557016 between the hours of 9.30-4.30pm Monday – to Friday to cancel. Please have your details on hand for us to take note. Please ask to speak with Jesse Dugdale or Sophie Roe – if they are unavailable, they will be immediately informed and will get in touch via phone or email.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 20% fee, with the remaining refund as store credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 30% fee, with the remaining refund as store credit
If we need to cancel the workshop or event, we will aim to give at least 24 hours notice. Anything less than 24 hours notice will mean there is staff illness or a factor completely out of our control. 24 hours and longer, we will fully cancel and refund you. Within 24 hours, we will strive to book a new date for all customers and offer you first priority.
By booking on to our workshops and events, you are virtually agreeing to this cancellation policy.
