Garam masala is an iconic Indian spice blend that is used in a wide variety of dishes including curries, stews, soups, dals, and marinades. We love this spice because it lends a warm, sometimes sweet earthiness to a variety of dishes.

And the curry powder – well, chuck it in any curry! We love to roast veg / fry up veg in the curry powder, add coconut milk and more spices and it’s a great curry base. Cook up some rice with it and you have a veg curry and rice.
